1. Patterning
Pattern Making
We take precise measurements directly on the boat using physical templates or digital scanning. This process ensures an exact fit to the irregular surfaces and curves of the boat, which is essential for a flawless installation.
2. Design
Design
The design is developed in software, adapting shapes and textures to the measured areas. Customization patterns are applied according to the customer’s choice. A visual proposal will be sent before production.
3. Manufacturing
Production
We use CNC machines to cut the SeaDek EVA sheets with high precision. The material is selected according to its use (exterior, wet areas, etc.) and prepared with 3M adhesive to ensure a durable bond.
4. Installation

Total Customization: Design Your Custom Boat Flooring
Choose from our exclusive finishes designed to maximize wet traction:
Brushed: The classic and elegant aesthetic, ideal for imitating wood.
Embossed: A robust and modern texture for maximum durability. Both options guarantee a non-slip boat floor that protects your family and crew, even in rough sea conditions.
Colors and Patterns: The Aesthetics of Teak, the Technology of EVA
We have the widest range of colors on the market to make your boat unique. To achieve the classic teak effect, we recommend warm combinations such as Mocha/Black, Camel, or Terra, which offer the elegance of wood with modern technology. If you prefer a sportier and more contemporary style, gray tones such as Storm Gray or Cool Gray are the current trend in modern lengths.
Being closed-cell foam (PE/EVA), our boat flooring does not absorb water, fish blood, or dirt. The line pattern is achieved by CNC cutting, revealing the lower color for a flawless and durable finish that does not peel or fade.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What material is SeaDek flooring made of?
SeaDek is not a common rubber. It is a closed-cell EVA/PE (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) foam material. This specific formulation offers a surface that does not absorb water (waterproof), provides great cushioning, and is highly resistant to harsh marine environments.

Does it get very hot in the sun? Does it burn your feet?
This is one of its biggest advantages over plastic synthetic teak or bare fiberglass. SeaDek has high thermal insulation; although it heats up during peak hours, it dissipates heat very quickly and never reaches temperatures that burn the skin, ensuring comfort when walking barefoot.
How do you clean SeaDek flooring?
Maintenance is very simple. For regular cleaning, just use water and mild boat soap. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, dirt does not penetrate the pores.
Is it resistant to fish blood, wine, or oil stains?
Yes, it is highly stain resistant. If it gets dirty with fish blood or food, we recommend cleaning it as soon as possible. For difficult stains, there are specific EVA cleaners that restore the original appearance without damaging the material.
